With my signature, I confirm that I have read and agree to the empty Statutes of the VW Beetle Club Olomouc, z. s. (hereinafter referred to as the "Association"), of which I wish to become a member. I am ready to respect the statement of the meeting of the Association committee, which decides on membership. I confirm that in the event of my membership, I will fulfill all the rights and obligations of a member of the Association, I will actively participate in cooperation and the fulfillment of the Association's goals, and I will follow the Association's statutes and internal regulations, which I have familiarized myself with, as well as decisions bodies of the Association.

I hereby agree to the management, processing and storage of my personal data for the internal needs of the Association. These activities will be carried out in accordance with the relevant legal regulations, in particular with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data, as amended. They provide this consent for the duration of my membership in the Association.
